I decided when I was in the 3^rd grade that I wanted to become a teacher. I would teach my stuffed animals and dolls. I would even make my little cousins pretend to be students. I am a product of Dorchester District Two Schools and returned for my teaching career. Throughout my 18-year career, I have taught 2^nd grade, 3^rd grade, Single Gender, System 44/ Reading Intervention, and served as an assistant principal intern.

I am so excited to be joining Oakbrook Elementary as the assistant principal.  I look forward to supporting the mission of OES to provide all students with the skills necessary to become life-long learners with relationships, rigor , and relevance.
