GRADUATION INFORMATION

FDHS Graduates and Families,

 

Fort Dorchester High School’s 25th graduation commencement ceremony will be held Saturday, May 25, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. at the North Charleston Coliseum.  Graduates must arrive no later than 7:45 a.m. The Coliseum has imposed restrictions on parking this year; there will be no parking available in the Tanger Outlet area. Only vehicles with a parking pass will be allowed entrance to coliseum parking.

 

Graduates will sign for and receive two parking passes at the graduation seminar. All students participating in the graduation ceremony are required to attend the graduation seminar. The graduation coordinator will meet with the senior class during the graduation seminar on Thursday, May 9 or Friday, May 10 (the day depends on whether their English class is an A Day or B Day). Seniors who completed English in the first semester are required to attend this seminar. They must choose to come on either of the above days at the beginning of the class period. Makeup sessions are on May 13 and 14 at 8 a.m. in room 608.

 

Reminder: if you would like us to recognize your achievements at graduation in the program, the counseling office must receive all scholarship notices or military enlistments by May 8, 2019.
