DMS Student Tech Help Information

Students who have computer issues during virtual instruction should follow the procedures for assistance: ​


Step 1:

Do a FULL computer shut down and update Teams (following the Student Tech Issues Checklist). Contact your teachers to make them aware that you are having an issue.  If your teacher is unable to resolve the issue, proceed to step two. ​


Step 2:

Cracked Screen, Spills, Not Powering On: Contact Dr. Mandrell at ‪843-900-4604 to schedule a time to exchange your device.  ​
