I am excited to join the Alston-Bailey Elementary family this year as an Administrative Intern!  I was born in Summerville and attended and graduated from DD2 schools.  I attended Winthrop University in Rock Hill, S.C. where I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education.   After graduating, I returned to Summerville, knowing that I wanted to be able to give back to the district that provided so much to me.  I began teaching at Windsor Hill Arts Infused Elementary, where I taught Kindergarten for 7 years and spent another 3 years at Summerville Elementary.  During this time I received my Master’s degrees in Mathematics Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University and Elementary Administration from Charleston Southern University.  I have been so grateful to learn and grow in Dorchester District Two and cannot wait to continue my journey as an Alston-Bailey tiger cub!
