Welcome to Sand Hill Elementary School! I am excited and honored to begin my 8th year as a school psychologist and my 6th year as the school psychologist of this wonderful school and district.
Originally from a small town in Ohio, I attended Kent State University and received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Shortly after moving to South Carolina, I attended The Citadel Graduate College and received my master’s in psychology and Specialist in Education degree. I am certified by the State of South Carolina as a School Psychologist, and I also hold the national school psychology certification (NCSP) from the National Association of School Psychologists.
As the Sand Hill Elementary School Psychologist, I have the pleasure of learning, growing, and serving with a wonderful staff, children, and families. I really enjoy working with students to help them succeed academically, socially, behaviorally, and emotionally, and I am dedicated to improving outcomes for all students by collaborating with school staff, families, and community providers.
I am looking forward to a great school year and many more opportunities to Learn, Grow, and Serve with our SHES Family!
