I was born and raised in Summerville, SC.  I graduated from Summerville High School in 2003.  I then went on to receive a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a minor in French from Charleston Southern University.  Later I received a Master of Arts in Community Counseling from Webster University (2010) and then a Master of Education in Counselor Education from South Carolina State University (2013).

I joined the Swamp Fox family as a school counselor in August of 2013.  I later became Director of School Counseling in August of 2016.  I am the current school counselor for 10th-12th grade with last names H-Ma.
