Please see below for the two-step process for student submissions:
Step 1 - Students must complete the google form (they were already doing this and will have to continue doing this) and submit. Once they submit they will see the following message on the form to then complete Step 2.
Your response has been received. Do you have questions? Email email@example.com. This link will take you to Dropbox to upload your entry.
Step 2 - Students must upload their entry in the appropriate file folder with the correct naming convention. THIS IS CRUCIAL! Dropbox does not connect the entries like excel does.
They must name their file as follows: Student Last Name, Student First Name, Age Category, Art Category/Division, School Initials/School Name (i.e. TrigianiBaileyHighLITSHS)
NOTE: Students will need to upload to their Art Category and Age Category with the file named appropriately as listed above. (i.e. Film, High)
