Welcome to our class webpage. My goal is for this site to be beneficial for parents and students to access helpful resources in school and at home

My name is Nicole Richardson. I teach 4th grade. I received my Bachelor's degree in Elementary and Early Childhood education from Newberry College. I received my Master's degree in Technology in Education from Lesley University and am endorsed to teach gifted and talented. My teaching career began in 1995. I am proud to have represented Newington Elementary School as the 2015 Teacher of the Year. I am also a Discovery Education DEN Star, which means I love to share my passion for teaching and technology with others!

  • Reading Counts Expectations

    End of 1st quarter goals cut off is on Wednesday, Oct 24th.

    2nd quarter reading goals- The expectation for a 4th grader is 4 books per quarter on their lexile level.  3 of them should be chapter books/novels.

    3rd and 4th quarter expectations are 4 chapter books/novels.
