COVID-19 School Counseling Updates/Info
Important Information during this school closure.
Counselors will be available to answer questions and address concerns via email between the hours of 10am-11am and 2pm-3pm. Please click on “Our Counselors” link to find counselors' names, caseloads and email contact.
Transcripts can be ordered through www.parchment.com . If a school/institution cannot be found on parchment.com, please email the request to our registrar Renee Adams at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to include a photocopy of your ID. Only parents of current students may request a transcript from Mrs. Adams via email.
Records are housed in the school building. Therefore, we will not be able to provide any copies of student records until school opens again.
Dual credit courses:
Dual Credit classes will resume tomorrow morning. The classes will be running asynchronously but the instructors will have office hours on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday during their normal class hours. If you have any questions, please let me know, please contact ECPI: 843-606-5902
Trident Technical College:
All TTC courses have moved to an online platform. All classes will proceed as usual. Please log in and communicate with your professors through D2L.
Mental Health Resources:

ASVAB and Ready to Work will be rescheduled for a later date.
VirtualSC online courses:
VirtualSC and its classes will remain open, and students enrolled in VirtualSC courses are expected to continue working according to the pacing guides their teachers have given them. Students who are unable to complete coursework should contact their teachers to inform them of their situations. ALL SPRING/FULL YEAR VIRTUAL SCHOOL FINAL EXAMS ARE CANCELLED.
Please check collegeboard.org (SAT) and actstudent.org (ACT) websites to register to take the test. Please check to see if certain Saturday test dates are still on or if they have been rescheduled.
SAT scores can be requested from collegeboard.org by logging into your account. There may be a small fee to have an official report sent by CollegeBoard. Scores for 11th -12th graders who tested at the school on March 4th are not available at this time.
ACT scores can be requested from actstudent.org by logging into your account. There may be a small fee to have an official report sent by ACT. Scores for 11th-12th graders who tested at the school on February 25th are not available at this time.
Some scholarships can be applied for online. You can email your counselor to see if they can email you applications that are not available online. Please visit our school counseling webpage and click on the “Scholarships” link. We will notify you of any deadline changes on our scholarship page so please check it frequently.
