Welcome to Fourth Grade!

My name is Amandalyn Hood and this is my sixth year teaching at Eagle Nest! This school year I am teaching math, science and social studies, and it is my second year teaching GATE. I live in North Charleston with my husband, Zach, two sons Dylan and Roland, and our dog, Syd. I graduated from Summerville High School and received my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from the College of Charleston in 2013. I am excited for another fantastic year at The Nest!
