Hello,

My name is Letitia Uyak and I will be your child(rens) art teacher for half of this school year.  I switch off with the other art teacher Ms. Hooks so that the students have a more well rounded art experience.  While Ms. Hooks is more of Art for the 21st Century Learner I'm more of the "old school" art teacher.  I try to have all my classes get to draw, paint, sculpt with clay and make a weaving before they leave my class.

I graduated from Converse College in 1994 and received my Masters in 2001.  I'm in my 24th year of teaching art at Beech Hill Elementary!
