Degrees and Certifications:
I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of Charleston at TTC. My experience within the culinary industry includes working as the pit cook for the first year opening of Swig and Swine in West Ashley, morning prep cook and line cook for Wild Olive, owner and operater of a The Local Smoker BBQ catering co., and a variety of other food and beverage establishments within Charleston. I am a 3rd generation born and raised Charleston native with a great deal of passion and love for our surrounding area. My goal is to teach my students everything I know about the industry in order to prepare them for either working within the industry, or to prepare them for being able to safely work within their home kitchens as they move out on their own.
