The 2022-23 school year will be my 17th year teaching at Alston Middle School. I attended the University of South Carolina for my undergraduate and graduate degrees. I earned my B.S. in Criminal Justice and M.A.T. in Special Education, with certifications in Learning Disabilities and Emotional Disabilities. I earned National Board Certification in 2015. I am married with 2 wonderful sons!

I teach self-contained special education classes in reading and science to 6-8 grade students.
