Jeff Edwards

Jeff Edwards is currently in his 26th year of teaching and 20th year at Alston Middle School. In 2004 he was inducted into the Dorchester District Two Hall of Fame. Following the 2017 football season he retired after 30 years of coaching and was recognized as the Junior High State Coach of the Year in 2018.  He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Charleston Southern University and a Masters in Sports Administration and Management from the United States Sports Academy.  Coach Edwards is married to the former Wendy Settles of Summerville and they have four children: Kinsley, Conner, Jacob and Bailey along with five grandchildren: Charlee-Grace, Landon, Colt, Carolina-Carter and Hudson.
