Pick Up & Authorization
Drop-off and pick-up will take place at the Flowertown Café/Multipurpose Room. Families should park in the front parking lot of Flowertown and walk down the sidewalk to the entrance, where signs will be posted to help guide you.
All authorized pick-up individuals must be listed in your Procare account and must present a valid photo ID at pick-up. For your child’s safety, we will not release students to anyone not listed.
Field Trip Updates
Any changes to field trips or weekly schedules will be communicated through Procare, and a parent information board will also be located in the atrium with weekly updates and reminders.
Note: Field trips may change due to inclement weather conditions or high heat index. Per board policy (AR IJOA-R), parents are not permitted to drop off or pick up students from field trip locations.
Summer Heat
Please send your child with a filled water bottle and a frozen water bottle each day and apply sunscreen before arrival.
