Title IX Training
Title IX is a Federal civil rights law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex, including pregnancy and parental status, in educational programs and activities. The law states that “No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.”
Dorchester School District Two is committed to a policy of nondiscrimination among our students and staff. The District ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local laws prohibiting sex-based discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation. Should you have any questions or to file a complaint, please contact our Title IX Coordinator.
