Evan Atkinson selected as a LifeChanger of the Year Award Winner

Summerville High School, in Dorchester School District Two, is pleased to announce that one of their special education teachers, Evan Atkinson, has been selected as a 2024-25 National Life Group LifeChanger of the Year Award Winner. Evan is receiving a $3,000 cash prize to share with her school as well as national recognition.

LifeChanger of the Year is a national program that recognizes educators for the positive difference they make in the lives of their students, for being a leader in the school community, for exemplifying excellence as an educator and for creating a nurturing atmosphere in our schools. Through the LifeChanger of the Year program, National Life Group strives to shine a spotlight on all the good that happens in schools across the country.
