Digital Learning Environment
DDTwo is focused on improving the Digital Learning Environment (DLE) to help students enhance academic achievement through digital tools for research, creation, and communication.
Goals:
- Increase DLE Rating from 2.1 to 3.0 by 2027–2028
- Increase Observations with DLE from 42% to 75% by 2027–2028
- Boost Student Engagement: 2% annual growth in Cognia student survey standards
Next Steps: Improve student achievement by increasing student engagement and critical thinking in our Digital Learning Environment.
Discipline Matrix
A district-wide discipline matrix was implemented and reviewed in spring 2025 at all elementary schools.
Next Steps:
- Refine shared values with school and district leaders
- Revisit national counseling standards and PBIS frameworks
- Share finalized plan with all stakeholders in the first week of the 2025–2026 school year

Organizational Chart Update – Approved
Realized $425,000 in savings through position eliminations and restructuring.
Finance Report
FY25–26 Budget – Approved
- Received millage increase and new local/state revenue
- $2,500 increase to each teacher salary step
- Starting salary: $51,500 (up from $49,000)
- 4–6% increase for eligible teachers, based on step
- 3% increase plus step for classified/certified staff
- Daily rate for adult support and health room assistants: $125/day (up from $120)
