EEMS Basketball Teams Capture Championships

EAST EDISTO WOLVES ARE THE 2025-2026 BOYS AND GIRLS BASKETBALL CHAMPIONS

As the District Athletic Director, I would like to extend my sincere congratulations to East Edisto Middle School Boys Head Coach Marcley Dorsainvil and Girls Head Coach Rebecca Sauers on winning the 2025–2026 Dorchester District Two Middle School Basketball Championships.

To have both programs capture district titles in the same season is a remarkable accomplishment and a testament to the leadership, preparation, and culture of excellence being established at East Edisto. Championships are earned through commitment, discipline, and teamwork, and both coaching staffs have clearly instilled those qualities in their student-athletes.

I commend the players for their hard work and resilience throughout the season, and I thank the school administration, faculty, and community for their continued support of middle school athletics.

Congratulations to both teams on an outstanding season and a well-earned championship.
