Dorchester School District Two Announces the 2025 Star Performers of the Year
2025 Star Performers of the Year Announced!
Staff votes are in across Dorchester School District Two for the 2025 Star Performers of the Year! This annual program was created to showcase the outstanding caliber of classified employees in the school district. There are 2,142 classified employees working in the district, including clerical support, teaching assistants, custodial staff, bus transportation, school nurses, and other support staff. These employees provide essential support services for students, teachers, and families and make a tremendous contribution to the smooth day-to-day operation of schools and the district. The 2025 Star Performers of the Year will be celebrated on at the Summers Corner Performing Arts Center.
Superintendent Dr. Shane Robbins said, “As we celebrate the outstanding achievements of our 2025 Star Performers of the Year, I am proud of the dedication, hard work, and passion these classified staff members have demonstrated. Their commitment to excellence not only elevates our school district but sets an example for us all.”
The 2025 Star Performers of the Year will be celebrated on February 27, 2025, at 6:30 pm at the Summers Corner Performing Arts Center (318 Gnarly Oak Lane, Summerville, SC).
