In recognition of their incredible commitment, we’re thrilled to announce two exciting new benefits recently approved by our Board of Trustees.

Bus Driver Incentive Program

We’re proud to launch a new Bus Driver Incentive Program designed to reward the excellence of our full-time bus drivers that is effective immediately! Eligible drivers will receive a $100 incentive per pay period when meeting the following criteria:

We are proud of our drivers and deeply appreciate their service. We also invite community members with a passion for working with children and a bit of extra time to consider joining our transportation team—either as a full-time driver or as a full-time substitute. Your well-being matters! Starting September 2, 2025, through August 31, 2026, all employees are invited to take advantage of our new YMCA DDTwo Membership Program—an initiative supported by an estimated $120,000–$150,000 district investment in staff wellness.
