DD2 Celebrates Student Excellence at the Academic Awards Programs

Dorchester School District Two is rich in traditions. One of its finest traditions is the celebration of academic excellence at the annual Academic Awards programs. This celebration brings together parents, Special Teachers, school families, and the community to celebrate the academic achievement of 1,367 students from Summerville High School (Sept. 27), Ashley Ridge High School (Oct. 10), and Fort Dorchester High School (Oct. 17). Due to the generosity of our sponsors, a $1,000 scholarship will be given to one Academic Award recipient at each of our three high schools.
