DDTwo Announces New Partnership with Aramark Student Nutrition
Dorchester School District Two is proud to announce a new partnership with Aramark Student Nutrition, beginning July 1, 2025, to provide food services across all schools in the district. Aramark, a nationally respected leader in school nutrition for over 60 years, will bring a fresh, innovative approach to meal services for DDTwo students and staff.
This exciting collaboration comes alongside another recent announcement: starting with the 2025–2026 school year, all DDTwo students will receive free, federally funded breakfast and lunch each school day.
“We’re thrilled to partner with Aramark Student Nutrition to enhance our meal programs while ensuring all students have access to healthy, flavorful meals—at no cost to families,” said Superintendent Chad Daugherty.

"The best way to power the potential in every student every day is to provide them with nutritious meals so that they are fueled to do their personal best and achieve their optimal level of learning," said Barbara Flanagan, President and CEO of Aramark Student Nutrition.
"We believe in the power of listening and then putting that knowledge into action to create engaging dining experiences."
Research shows that students who eat school breakfast score 17.5% higher in standardized math tests (No Kid Hungry, 2017). That’s the kind of impact DDTwo and Aramark aim to deliver—food that fuels success.
