Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) Status for Schools
Resolution: APPROVED
All students receive free lunch and breakfast for the 2025–2026 school year. This benefit is made possible through the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP), a federal program under the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010.
The CEP enables high-needs schools and districts with high concentrations of low-income students to offer free meals to all students and eliminates the need for household school meal applications.
