  • Elementary School – Yerby Tract
    • The Developer is currently appealing the Army Corps of Engineers classification of the wetlands in the Yerby tract.
  • Elementary School – The Ponds
    • The County is working with the developer to get the land conveyed over to the county to give to the school district. Once we get the land, it will be 18 months from start of construction to completion. Another Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) will be needed and we anticipate the cost to build will increase.
