Mrs. Liles has served Dorchester District Two in several instructional leadership roles since 2016, including her most recent position as Title I Facilitator and Reading Coach at Newington Elementary School. She has also worked as a Math Instructional Coach, Instructional Technology Specialist, and classroom teacher within the district. Her educational journey began in Horry County, where she taught fourth grade at Loris Elementary.

 

Mrs. Liles holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Coastal Carolina University, as well as two master’s degrees: one in Teaching & Learning with a focus on Instructional Technology from Coastal Carolina University and another in Supervision and Leadership from Charleston Southern University.

 

“I am incredibly honored and excited to step into this new chapter as the District Title I Coordinator,” said Mrs. Liles. “I’m ready to champion equity, ignite student success, and build powerful partnerships with families and educators to ensure that every student, especially those most in need, has access to high-quality instruction, impactful support, and a strong path to success. I’m deeply committed to our teachers, students, families, and this community to drive continuous improvement. I’m thankful for this opportunity to make a positive impact across our Title I schools.”
