    Use PowerSchool (https://ddtwo.powerschool.com/public/home.html) to access your child's grades, see assignment information, review discipline information, update emergency contact information, complete returning student registration forms online, and open and submit specific district- and state-level surveys and forms.

    Create a PowerSchool Account

    1. Go to https://ddtwo.powerschool.com/public/home.html
    2. Select the Create Account tab.
    3. Complete the following fields:
      • First Name
      • Last Name
      • Email
      • Create a Password (minimum of 8 characters)

         4. Enter the student’s Access ID & Access Password. These details were sent via email. If you need your student's Access ID and Access Password, contact the school.

    Update Your Account

    1. Log in to the PowerSchool Parent Portal with the username and password you created.
    2. If you need to link another child to your existing account, select:
    • Account Preferences (lower left corner of screen)
    • Student tab
    • Add

         3. Enter the student’s Access ID & Access Password. These details were sent via email. If you need your student's Access ID and Access Password, contact the school.

    Do parents of current DDTwo students need a PowerSchool parent portal account?
    Parents of a current K-12 student will need to have a PowerSchool parent portal account. It will be the only way to access online registration for returning students. 

    Online registration applies to all students regardless of the learning option chosen: school-based instruction or DDTwo Virtual Academy.

    Do parents of new students need a PowerSchool parent portal account?
    Yes, all parents need to create a PowerSchool parent portal account.

    After completing the new student enrollment form, the parent will soon be given the child's unique Access ID and Access Password. These secure credentials are needed to add a student to a PowerSchool parent portal account. They will be shared with parents via the email address on file in PowerSchool. 

    If a parent did not receive the email, they should contact the school. 

    When do I need to create a PowerSchool Parent Portal account?
    As soon as possible, you will need to create a PowerSchool parent portal account in order to complete the annual returning student registration form. 

    Once you enroll a new student, you can create a PowerSchool parent portal account. Each child will be provided a unique Access ID and Access Password. If you do not have those unique credentials, contact your child's school. 

    What if the email address I entered is already in use?
    If you have an account and forgot your login information, select Forgot your username or password?

    Do I need a different account for each of my children?
    No, you should create one parent account and add all children to that single account. 

    1. Log in with your personalized username & password at https://ddtwo.powerschool.com/public/home.html
    2. Once logged in, look on the left menu and select Account Preferences > Student Tab > Add.
    3. Fill in the fields with the student's information, including the unique Access ID and Access Password provided by the school.
    4. If you don't have the student's unique Access ID and Access Password, contact the school.

    How long does my password need to be?
    Your password must be 8 or more characters. A character is a number, letter, or symbol. Be sure to save the password in a secure location. 

    How long does it take to create a PowerSchool parent account?
    This process can be completed in under five minutes. Please be sure to store the username and password you create in a secure location for future reference.

    My child will transfer to another DDTwo school next year. Is my child considered a returning student?
    No, students are considered NEW if they plan to transfer schools within the district due to an address change. This does not apply to students transferring to a new school due to promotion to a middle or high school.
