Students have daily agenda books in which they should be writing down there homework daily.
Here is a quick overview:
Students should study multiplcation facts nightly until they have mastered with a 90% or higher. I love Math Magic to practice.
Students will have a spiral review math sheet for homework each week. It is divided into 4 nights, but they are welcome to work ahead. It should be review of skills.
Science and Social Studies alternate and students should be reviewing notes and study guides to study material taught. If something isn't finished in class it will be sent home as homework.
Reading Counts Expectations
5th graders are expected to read 5 chapter books/ novels on their level each quarter.
