Principal's Message

  •

Welcome to the DuBose Middle School website. We are excited to have you as part of the Wildcat Family. As always, I want to encourage you to play a huge part in your students’ academic lives. Please make sure you are using Class Dojo (behavior and class updates) and Powerschool (grades and assignments) to help you stay informed. You have many opportunities to be involved here at DMS. We encourage everyone to join our PTSA, come to our PTSA Meetings, get involved in our School Improvement Council, or volunteer to help out with any one of our numerous clubs/groups.

I hope that you and your students are having a great school year. We look forward to seeing our students accomplish great things in the classroom, in academic competitions, and on the athletic fields.

    Sincerely,

    Ted Brinkley

  • 2020 Attendance Line Information

Dorchester School District Two is currently working to address student overcrowding at several district schools, particularly at DuBose Middle School. DuBose Middle School is the largest middle school in the district with the facility over capacity. In order to address this situation, the school district is proposing the reassignment of several neighborhoods from DuBose Middle School to Alston Middle School beginning with the 2020-2021 school year. Parents and guardians in these areas are invited to attend a meeting on Tuesday, January 14th at DuBose Middle School and/or a meeting on Wednesday, January 15th at Alston Middle School to learn more about this proposed change to benefit students. Both meetings will begin at 6:00 p.m.
