Wondering what we are learning?

What we are up to in 2C:

Math:

*We are doing different strategies in problem solving daily.

*We have begun our Multiplication unit.  Your child will be exploring multiplication using pictorial models and arrays.  We will learn about 0’s, 1’s, 2’s, 5’s, and 10’s.   

 

Phonics:

We will be learning about homonyms. 

 

Science:

We are learning to protect and care for our Earth. Students will be learning about landforms, natural resources, and conservation.   

 

Writing:

We are learning about Poetry in this new unit.
