Miss Luciano

         My name is Paula Luciano and I am originally from New York but have lived in the Charleston area for the past 16 years ( so I'm “from” Charleston).   I graduated from College of Charleston with a degree in Elementary Education. 

         I’m so excited to be teaching 2nd grade. It’s my favorite because I enjoy the age of the children and I love teaching about time, money, and weather.  I also enjoy seeing children gain a love for reading.

         I come from a strong loving family and I believe that building strong and deep relationships with people is key.  I look forward to taking the time and the effort to build those relationships with you and your child. 

         I have a four year old son named Rashaad who is fun-loving and energetic.  He is the love of my life and he has made me a better person and teacher!

 

In the spare time I do have I love to read, explore the area, learn about Charleston’s history, and be outdoors playing! I get excited learning about the state and country that we live in! I also LOVE earth science (volcanoes, geology, oceans, etc)!

About the Teacher

Our bunny is almost a year old.  I think his name is “Super Bunny” but with it changes daily.
