The Parent-Child Home Program (PCHP) is a program that serves qualifying children ages two and three with home visits twice weekly. During these visits the Family Literacy Coordinator/Parent Educator will bring educational toys and books to model using the toy or book interactively with the child. The child keeps the book or toy and continues to work with their parent as demonstrated by the Coordinator. To learn more about the program nationally, visit their web site. www.parent-child.org |

Home visits provide a wonderful opportunity to work individually with a young child in a place where they feel secure. If you are interested in learning more about PCHP, please contact Beth Counterman at 695-2460. |
