About the Teacher

I earned my B.S. from Charleston Southern University. While there, I double majored in Elementary Education and History with a double emphasis in American and European studies. I am currently working on a graduate degree in educational technology from Walden University. I am energetic and for all my students who know me well… a bit crazy! I enjoy sleeping, watching too much TV, reading, and playing with my puppy, Annie Muffin. I also enjoy hanging out with my family and friends and coaching B-team cheerleading at Summerville High School. When I am teaching at Dubose, I can be found on the sixth grade wing with my team 6-2: Mrs. Summers, Mr. Caughell, Ms. Henry and Ms. Talley! Wildcat Pride!
