Compile list of equipment and materials available for use within the school as well as equipment and materials available from the district fine arts resource center that could be used for performances by students and guest artists.

Identify possible use of spaces available for performances (e.g. Multi-purpose room, media center story pit, large music classroom, possible outdoor amphitheatre.)

Identify needs to make these areas adequate for performances.

 

Identify and increase arts partnerships with area arts organizations, business partners, and community resources.

Improve public awareness through community outreach with student performances and exhibitions.
