Medications

 

Medication regulations were established for the safety and protection of all students in the school district.

 

All medications including over the counter medications, such as cough drops, Tylenol, nasal spray, etc. require the following:

            

· A completed Dorchester School District Two Medication Permission Form which now requires both the signature of the physician and the parent/legal guardian. Forms are available at your school nurse’s office.

 

· Parent/Legal guardian must bring the medication in the current prescription bottle properly labeled from the pharmacy.

 

· Medication must be brought in by the parent or responsible adult NOT THE STUDENT
