Health Concerns

 

Please keep your school nurse updated on your child’s health status, such as surgeries, medications, illnesses/diseases, new diagnosis, or other conditions that may affect your child’s school performance.  My phone numbers is 873-3050 or send me an email @ dreddish@dorchester2.k12.sc.us

 

Please make sure the blue emergency card and white Health Information card is completed and return to the school.  Parents are required to leave an emergency number where someone can be reached if necessary.

 

Certain health conditions may require an IHP (Individual Health Plan) for the safety and well-being of your child.  The school nurse will contact you if this is necessary.
